We only offer exchange for damaged or incorrect products
Product must be in original condition and packaging
Exchange shipping fee: ₹150 (includes pickup & re-delivery)
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items
₹100 will be deducted as return shipping charge
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item passes quality check
COD orders will require bank/UPI details for refund
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
